About Scoot

Our mission is to get communication moving - unblocking barriers so that people and teams can connect, be heard, and make things happen.

Scoot started with a simple observation: we all get stuck.

Stuck behind slides.
Stuck in jargon.
Stuck in habits that no longer serve us.

Richard and I come from acting backgrounds and our work has always been about people - how they think, how they behave, and how they communicate when it really matters. Over years of working in high-pressure environments, we see the same thing again and again: capable, intelligent people struggling to say what they mean - or to be heard.


That’s why our programmes are built around movement:

  • moving ideas from head to heart through storytelling

  • moving speakers from nerves to presence

  • moving teams from silos to collaboration

  • moving conversations from noise to meaning

Our approach is energetic, interactive and human. Learning doesn’t sit still - it’s shared, tested and applied. When communication moves, people get unstuck, ideas flow, and teams start moving forward.

To “scoot” is to move - with purpose. To shift position. To get unstuck.
